Brine type block ice machine
The brine-type block ice machine (civil engineering type) features mature and stable technology. It is applicable for major industries including large-scale ice factories, ports and docks, aquatic and seafood processing, as well as fruit and vegetable production bases.
·Basic components: refrigeration unit, civil brine tank, travelling crane, ice melting tank, ice moulds, water filling device, agitator, etc.
·The brine tank is constructed with concrete, steel plates and thermal insulation materials, featuring high structural strength, excellent heat preservation and corrosion resistance.
·Corrosion-resistant ice moulds and frameworks are adopted; ice moulds are available in galvanized steel or stainless steel.
·Equipped with safety-certified cranes with stable and dependable performance.
·High ice production capacity: daily output up to 100 tons; single ice block maximum weight: 100 kg.
·We provide independent design, manufacturing and installation services, with a professional team dedicated to large brine-type block ice machine projects.
